An entrepreneur who built a deli business and multi-site Asian cookery school, Angela is programme director of prestige contract caterers, Gather & Gather. She was appointed to the London Food Board in 2017, advising Mayor Sadiq Khan on the future food habits of people who live and work in the capital.
